A 1968 34-foot Drift-R-Cruz houseboat, Pink Lady has been converted into a modern tiny living space located on the Duwamish river way in Seattle, with peekaboo views of Mount Rainier from the bedroom windows and upper deck. The space features a full-size sleeping area with plentiful storage available including under bed, hanging clothes locker and under stairs with on deck lockers fore and aft. Boat is equipped with an efficient kitchen including large farmhouse sink and generous cabinetry, with a standard size refrigerator (space for microwave above), convection oven, and stowable induction cooktop. Relax on the couch, dine or study from the convertible table and watch herons fish and salmon jump while lounging on the upper deck. Bathroom includes step to flush toilet and shower, with optional washer/dryer hookups in adjacent storage locker.

The Pink Lady is currently located in the gated community of South Park Marina, walkable to South Park Neighborhood’s many restaurants, coffee shops, and wine bars with accessible public transit (3 minute walk) options to downtown and beyond. Liveaboard status transferred to new owner with marina management approval. Moorage/Liveaboard fees due monthly to marina at current rates and includes private mailbox, parking spot, laundry and shower facilities, and garbage/recycle service.
